Server 2000 error

I am trying to install MS WINDOWS 2000 server on the desktop PC with
Intel D945GCNL M/B.

I am getting the error while installing the windows 2000 server for
NON compliance ACPI Pl. disable ACPI from BIOS or update bios. I
Updated the bios from Intel Web site but the problem is same I check
for disabling from BIOS but there is no option to disable it.

Pl.help urgently
